Other Considerations – All Rebate Programs

Energy Star ratings are subject to change and the Energy Efficiency Rebate Program will be adjusted accordingly as changes occur.

The member must allow the cooperative to install a load control device if contacted to do so. Minimum requirements and qualifying standards shall increase as Energy Star and/or Federal Energy Management Program requirements increase. Other terms and conditions may apply.
